It is recommended that the distance between the gateway and the smart door lock is no more than 16ft (5 meters), as the connectivity of the gateway will be affected if the distance is greater. When adding a gateway, it is essential to ensure that your smartphone and the gateway are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

The G2 gateway connects to the TT Lock App, allowing users to remotely unlock the smart lock, which is no longer limited by the Bluetooth unlocking distance. Additionally, it supports the sharing, modification, and deletion of E-keys anytime, anywhere. The gateway also provides real-time monitoring of door status, battery life, and unlock activity logs.

The G2 gateway works with Alexa (Alexa not included) to provide voice control for smart locks. There are no restrictions on pairing, and one gateway can be paired with multiple smart locks.
